Question:
Why when severe snow events hits Kansas City, people don't say that the blizzard is Gods wrath because of the wickedness in Kansas icy,however when Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, and the tsunami demolished Haiti, [some] people said it was God's judgment them as a result of their wickedness. Interested in your comments.

Well I personally think the reason why people say those things are because of the voodoo that is going on in New Orleans, and Haiti. God has gotten tired of there behavior. Yes Kansas City has there share as well with all the crime that goes on.
Wickedness lives in a green place, but that place is not a city. This latest weather event - amongst several others past and yet to come - is a by product of the continuous destabilization of our environment. As we continue to drain the earth of its precious resources to make short term profits, man may turn the other way, but God's nature cannot. We reap what we sow and unless we stop wasting and start being good stewards over what God has given us...we ain't seen nothing yet. - Tucker
