Cars in Macedonia Parade/March

As we approach this very historical event for our Macedonia Baptist Family, we want to ensure we keep our hearts open, and truly enjoy what God has done.  With that said, we must be very clear on the chain of events to take place, so registration can go very expediently and without any confusion on direction’s or time.

Registration Staging Area

** We ask everyone to enter the parking lot on the north side of the church, which is the 22^nd street side as 23^rd street will be our direction/line-up route. 

** Registrant’s are encouraged to decorate their vehicles in a tasteful manner, which must stay within color requirements for the parade.  Colors: Royal Blue and White.  Be Festive!

Registration Time

7:30 am – 9:00 am

** We must stay within this time frame in order for us to be compliant with our city permit.  Please Saints this is the time we must absolutely without question be on “Time”. 

Must Have’s

·         The person who registered the vehicle “must” be the absolute person to come to registration table.  “No Compromise”.

·         The vehicle you registered “must”, have a min. 4 passenger’s,  in car when you arrive.

·         All children “must” be accompanied by an “Adult”.  There cannot be any running around, as this can pose a safety issue. 

·         Vehicle must display its individual assigned placard during the entire parade.

·         Vehicle lights must be “On”, during entire parade, “Start – Finish”.

·         There cannot be any jump in’s and out’s during the parade.  This becomes a safety issue.

·         We will proceed in an orderly manner.

·         Please be mindful your vehicle will be grouped accordingly, all the reason for asking for timeliness.

·         Should you want to play music in your vehicle, Pastor has requested the following be played: “ “How Great is Our God”

·         Saints let’s remember this is not about us, but for the Glory of God, and keeping in your hearts with Macedonia’s church scripture:
